The City Club Bistro & Bar is the newly formed restaurant that replaces the Radisson's former City Beat Grille and Atrium Cafe.

The wall that divided the two has been knocked down to allow an open space to reveal the restaurant and bar remade into a modern, urban decor featuring plush seating and hardwood floors amidst a palette of soft reds and browns.

The cuisine includes bistro-style dishes predominantly of American faire. Seafood and steaks will feature heavily on the menu, and diners will have a choice of six homemade sauces to accompany their steaks.

With the new design we wanted to create a warm and inviting dining atmosphere at the Radisson that welcomes business lunch guests, an evening dinner party or a couple celebrating an anniversary with a romantic dinner for two.

Live entertainment will be a feature at the new bistro now - a first for the downtown Radisson. The Radission is booking musicians of all genres to play the City Club every Friday and Saturday night - now that the bar's operating hours have been extended.
