Dear Kim,
This letter is long overdue in expressing my sincere thanks for a great job you and your whole staff did in hosting my wedding reception. From the time I booked the reception to the actual day, my dealings with the Radisson were enjoyable and stress free.
Your prompt attention to my "nervous" calls and helping me solve last minute problems (such as keeping my dress in the room) were, I felt, above and beyond the call of duty. You are great at what you do and I'm sure a very valuable asset at the Radisson.
As for food, I am still getting compliments when I see friends who attended the reception. It was absolutely wonderful. The servers were friendly and very efficient and the bartenders, who I'm sure were overworked than night, were also very accommodating.
One person I did want to mention as being very friendly, and unfortunately I did not get her name, was the lady working in the City Beat Lounge that night-after the reception a few of us ended up down there and, believe it or not, ordered pizza.
Even though she was closed for the night she took care of us until it was delivered. I'm sure at this point she just wanted to go home!
I Can't say enough good things- My reception was perfect. Thanks to all for a great evening!!!!!
Sincerely,
Renee A Bartow

Dear Kim and Nancy:
With a personal philosophy of never doing things the easy way when there is a much harder way to do it, it is no wonder that I am writing this letter instead of filling out your comment card. The comment card is good but it just can't begin to describe all the tasks and the attention to small details that you both personally performed to make our day special.
I'm sure the other hotels in the area would like to say the same to their guests but I'm not convinced that they could live up to our and your staff's high standards. So warm, so friendly while still keeping us on task. Never pushy, never directive, never condescending, always helpful.
As you recall, the bride was out of state, my wife's schedule prevented her from making the necessary calls and I was stuck filling in. Certainly a scenario for disaster if it wasn't for the two of you. We heeded your wise counsel and sage advice, thank goodness. The net result was an affair that people are still talking about in glowing terms. The 19th floor sells itself but we marveled at the lush, simplistically elegant setting of the foyer, dining and buffet areas. The staff was certainly attentive to our guests needs.
The food was marvelous tasting, the chef is to be complimented for a job well done. The children's buffet was the icing on the cake. The drink personnel certainly did their job well. It was so classy, so Audrey Hepburn.
As you recall, 1/3 of the guests were deaf. They lacked for nothing including members of your staff who understood American Sign Language and were assigned to specific tables. How did you do that? There were no communications barriers that evening. Simply marvelous attention to detail. Everyone quietly and efficiently going about their jobs with smiles on their faces.
We have no other daughters but if we had and they were to marry, there is no doubt in our minds that the Radisson Akron City Centre would be the only location considered for the reception. Color us delightfully pleased and we give you full permission to fill out our comment card with the highest possible superlatives to each and every question. It was worth every dollar spent and then some. Great Job!!
Thank you,
